wondering star Poems

1.

Little lion on the mountain,
let me hear you roar.
Am I brave enough to dance with you?
maybe you'll want more.
...

I can't take back what I've given
but I can keep what I've still got.
And keep it close I will.
Bind it tightly to my heart
...

Vinegar paws and feline features
shadows the truth of wisdom behind your eyes.
Spoken depths left open
perhaps it's a friendly disguise?
...

Whispered intently,
you listen to me.
Virtues surrendered
and what do you see?
...

The insistent crush
of your violet and wine,
debated my spirit
and your rushing sound.
...

Child bride unites for questionable reasons,
Searching for something she cannot define,
self mutilating vindications for primal urges
acting like nothings wrong.
...

Don't evolve yourself
to be the mass production of our society.
Grow and nurture your own.
Embrace.
...

Clear flattened mountains
misted away.
Weighed down by gear
and sturdy feet.

The Best Poem Of wondering star

Leo

Little lion on the mountain,
let me hear you roar.
Am I brave enough to dance with you?
maybe you'll want more.

Little lion on the mountain,
you say that you are tame.
Are you strong enough to dance with me?
Or should I stay contained?

Walk with me lion, carefully
Don't scratch as you pull me in.
True marks they do run deep,
your claws are sharp and I am raw.

And lion, how I laugh
and smile when you are here.
The sky is an endless river of vibrance
and its you that lights my way.

An excellent if a bit sadly repetitious collection of thoughts. Happiness is out there Wandering Star, if you look for it...
