No sense impressions will bring you sight so pure,
that in my words, blind of the eye;
away from e'ery looking glass this world
goes soaring high above the dale;
the way is too long far from the maddening crowd;
but where not a line is drawn, less is more:
a smudge of colours would spread in gray,
and make the canvas more beautiful,
where no light in the eyes can behold
what the lense of thy concave mirror
reflects upon me an obligue bend o'er the rainbow,
no beauty can tell how it is like, nor least your whole being,
would find worthy of thy perusal, a dwelling place on earth;
except what goes down and down in the late evening,
for another sunrise in the morning dew
that beweeps my outcast state forlorn.16
